Cycling and hiking in the Bulb Region

Hiking and Bicycle Routes Bulb Region

The Bulb Region is an ideal region for cycling. Whether you want to enjoy the bulb fields in bloom. Make a trip along the coast and through the dunes. Or along the lakes through the Bulb Region. As a vacationer or cyclist, you can do your thing in the area.

In spring, tours such as the 15-kilometer Tulip Route or the 35-kilometer Holland Flower Route are popular among visitors to the region. But you can also cycle from Noordwijk to Zandvoort through the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes. A bit more challenging due to the height differences in the dunes and longer too. Want to enjoy more of the Dutch landscape. Then try a ferry route that takes you to Kaag Island, passing windmills, cheese farms, lakes and more along the way.
